Shopify checkout issues

Hi
Have issues with shopify
Somedays(most of the days) people adding to card but can’t purchase
Yesterday was perfect
14 checkout and 15 sales
One -two days before 15 checkout 6 sales and similar other days
What is the problem
Can someone help
