Popular product website scanner with alert

Looking for a customizable scanner program for scanning newly listed products on websites like Nextdoor, OfferUp, Mercari, eBay, Amazon, etc…
The user will provide a list of items in an excel spreadsheet with keywords for the item and/or barcodes with the price range for that item(min and max price).
When newly items are found that matched the item price criteria in the excel spreadsheet this scanner will send an email alert to the user.
