Need a Full-stack Angular (2.0+) and PHP developer

I am looking for an Angular and PHP developer with proven past experience. I am not looking to work with agencies and would like to work with only independent developers. This is a long term job so anybody with great skills set can expect regular work. If you have read the description, include the word LIT in your bid and if you have any other skills those would be a plus but not required.
