Build a mobile application for meal reservation

This application will let customers book a meal from a restaurant before they close to reduce food waste. I will provide the design mocks for a mobile application and I would like to to find a developers who can implement the product in react-native or flutter. The project should also include an admin view for the restaurants to upload their new products and view current orders. and a payment integration by card and google/apple pay using Stripe.
