I need a lawyer

I have had a number of false claims made against me by a wealthy business in an attempt to close me, due to me not having any money currently I cannot reply with a legal letter to there threat to take me to court and claim all their expenses off me. I want to stress I haven’t done anything wrong at all. But he knows I cannot defend myself so has therefore made copious accusations. Also we have a historic covenant in place and I cannot work out if I’m breaking that or not.
