Text files printing automation

We are using a retail application, printing receipts for customers on a small Epson Printer (Epson TM-T20), set as default printer on the agent computer.
The idea is to start saving each receipt, in text file, in the agent computer.
To do this, we are planning to use the windows print driver “Generic/Text only”, giving the possibility to print in an ascii text file.
The problem is that for every receipt to save (print), a dialog box is displayed, asking to enter the file name and the output directory…
We would like to have an application to automate the saving (printing) process. So once installed in the computer, the dialog box will not appear any more, the application will automatically name the text file (Ex. using the date and time as file name) and save the file to a specific selected folder of the agent computer.
