Reskin a page in flutter app

Hello all, i have an eCommerce flutter application with CI Backend and i want to redesign the home page and make it like the page in the attachments, the page contains the below :
1- Header contains ( Search Bar and logo )
2- Top bar contains ( wishlist, basket and coupons )
3- Categories ( like stories )
4- display 3 or 4 products

I want to fetch data from my CI backend using ready implemented APIs
