Video editing – break apart videos into smaller ones

I have a bunch of hour long video zoom calls I did over the past couple of years and would like to break the videos apart into smaller 2 to 5 minute videos.
I have a spreadsheet that includes the link to the original video and the start, end, and names of each of the videos to be created from them.
I am also looking for someone who can continue after the original batch is completed.
The person should be familiar with camtasia and be able to deliver MP4 videos at a chosen resolution.
I’m looking for a rate to create each of the small videos.
