Jordys Automatic Candy Machine

Hello All!
I am in dire need of help! I am transforming a Tri-Container gumball machine into a electronic gumball machine. i am an amateur programmer and am doing well at it but am having trouble with certain components functioning with what I am wanting to do within my application (which to most of you should be a cake walk). I am not a Electronics Engineer (HUGE respect to all that are/are programming wizards), but i am a Mechanical Engineer I need the code. I can wire, solder, mount components, etc. JUST NEED HELP WITH THE CODE!! From start to finish, i would like to….

1) have a debit card swiper be the initiating stage
2) after swiping youre card, have an LED screen to ask what of the 3 containers of candy would you like and how many candy balls you want
3) after choosing what you want and quantity, i can place my hand under the desired exit shoot and the IR senor will detect my hand
4) after detecting my hand it will initiate the motor to turn a certain degree to push the candy ball down the shoot and into my hand

Components list:
3 – IR proximity sensors
3 – Servo motors
1 – arudino nano (if need be ill step it up to a Uno)
1 – LED screen
1 – debit card swiper

I am also all ears to any advice following the programming help! Always love innovating! Can send pics if needed
