Chemical Engineer for Loc Cleanser

I’m a dreadlock wearer who has had trouble getting build up out of her locs. Bentonite clay, baking soda and apple vinegar are the tried and true methods, but I’ve had no luck with them. I’m looking to hire someone to create a product that is safe for hair and skin but will dissolve product build up in hair.
