Adding future STR to existing STR in Concrete house (continue building) using Saudi Building Code

Deliverable:
First milestone= 450$ in 3 weeks
– Check existing STR CAD files (n=3) and STR Revit model (n=2): generate set of CAD files of existing STR that can be seen by eyes (basement, ground level) to verify that what we have on site is the same as in the model, after receiving input from site per the files from your end, I will release the first milestone 450$

Second Milestone=1000$ in 3 weeks
– Revise future STR per Saudi Building Code 2018: first floor, annex, staircase roof in Revit model
Key structural elements for fine review:
– Staircase (n=2)
– Elevator shafts (n=2)
– Additional cantilever to existing ground level roof
– First level roof
-Annex level roof
– Staircase room roof
– Parapet wall
– Perimeter wall
– Exterior and interior walls
– Repair of the tank roof to withstand car parking
– Repair of existing 2-chamber septic tanks to withstand car parking
and safe Alignment with existing STR
– And generate detailed CAD and word files for bill of quantity and local contractor.
– Generate Revit model with different color for exiting structure from future part

Third milestone=300$ in 3 weeks
Model existing footing level in Revit model using common sense and original maps 1995 and revise and edit the generated maps in second milestone and generate concise safety report from existing reports for updating license construction

Common problems that leaded to discontinuation of the project from prior Engineers:
– Not having licensed Revit and CAD software
– Not having functional Hardware.
– Getting greedy.
– Not following Saudi Building Code.2018.
– Not following the due date set from there end.

Solution:
– Avoid the mentioned mistakes

From my end,
I create milestone with real fund and I have the complete budget.
I know this building because I own it and I worked with several STR engineers.
There is ARCH, MEP and electrical engineer for the house
