Website Design and Build on WordPress

We are looking at creating a neat and professional website for our business with graphic effects and modern design, that will match our small business in IT domain. The site needs to be build on GoDaddy hosted service on a WordPress platform. We have the content ready and will need the site to be ready very quickly, say in 1-2 weeks if possible after requirement discussion and making material available.
