Explain and analyze the transformation of voting rights in the U.S. from colonial times to the present.
How do states and the national government differ in their legislation regarding voting rights. How has
the Supreme Court weighed in on questions of voting rights. Given our current political climate, how
would you change things to voting and elections in America? You must provide and explain your
